Discovery

I must say, I was amazed at what I found. It's like a whole new world, so many things to choose from, and its all relatively inexpensive! Hair curlers, glass figures, craft supplies, shoes, anything and everything, I am defiantly going back in a few days time.

Well I did find a few things admits my awe, beautiful pearl necklace, and a hurricane glass holder. I broke my mums a couple years ago, and she never quite forgave me, but when I saw it. It became mine instantly, I wasn't going to let the opportunity go past me. Sadly I didn't find any nice dresses. That was my ultimate goal, guess I'll just have to go to other places and hopefully I will find one.

There's an antique store in a mall near me, I never really clued in, but I think tomorrow I'll go poke around in there. It has all sorts of things, and some things so old I'd be scared to touch in case the crumbled into dust. Anyways have a wonderful afternoon.

First Adventure

Today I am going on my first thrifting adventure. I never noticed how many stores there were around my till one day I was counting them and found out there are 4 thrift stores all in my area. So that gave me good reason to go out, plus it is a nice day too.

I dunno what I will find, nor do I have any high expectations on what I want to find. Just hopefully I won't come back empty handed.
